The St. Michael Flag Team began in 1997. The team has many accomplishments and performs with the band and dance line at football games each Fall, as well as a band festival held each October. Flag team members learn simple to advanced techniques and learn to work as a team, both on and off the field. Many members have gone on to participate in collegiate programs, such as the LSU Color Guard and the University of Alabama.
